What does nutrition coaching include?

An individualized macro plan, lifestyle habit coaching, and weekly or monthly accountability check-ins. It's focused on building sustainable eating and lifestyle habits — not crash diets.

Do workout plans come with nutrition coaching?

No. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching is its own program and doesn't include workout programming. If you want both training and nutrition together, personal training includes nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

How does small group training work?

Small group sessions include all the elements of personal training — individualized attention, corrective focus, coaching — in person, in groups of up to four people, at a discounted rate of $35 per session per person.
